It boasts a great and fab location; very pleasant staff to who we believe may have been the Manager.

Location in the centre of the city was a plus. Had lunch/dinner at Mamma Mia, which I found just a short walk away from the hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with everything you need within walking distance, including shops, bars, restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by providing more vegetarian options.

Its location was indeed ideal and only 5 minutes walk from Cala Gran. The staff has always been hard-working, and the facilities were very good.

The rooms were air-conditioned and great-sized with fresh towels, most things like kettle tea, UK terrestrial channels, no complaints whatsoever. The location was good and fab, next to the outdoor theatre, and the hill and walk from a national park and a cathedral. There was a tapas restaurant nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel considering its price. The staff were friendly and the service was great. The location was perfect, right near the shops in Cala D'or and only a short walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large balcony to enjoy the views.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, as it is close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The rooms are basic but very clean, with basic amenities that are perfect for keeping the kids occupied. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious, with a coffee table between the two sofa beds and a kitchen area, which is very convenient. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed daily as well. The breakfast had a good variety of options, except for cereals.

Had a great city break with tasty food, plentiful drinks, and fantastic snacks provided. Location was ideal with lots to do nearby. Also, loved the cleanliness and tidiness of the outside area.

The air conditioning was a bit of a letdown and the beds were too light. Would have preferred if the pool was heated, as it was too cold to swim.
